The bobcat sighting was one of my favorites. While there was initially some doubt as to whether this was a bobcat or a very large feral housecat, there have been further photographs taken of this animal in Sharon that were very clear.

At the same time that I saw this bobcat, I also saw a couple of vultures very uncharacteristically flying a few meters above the ground, presumably hoping to track the bobcat and share in its kill.
